Keep sensitive info out of your email and chat logs.
Secure Share is useful when you want to send passwords and private links via email or chat without leaving copies of that information stored in multiple places. By using one-time links, the information is only accessible for a single viewing, ensuring it can't be read by others later. This provides a secure way to share sensitive information, similar to a self-destructing message.
Secure Share generates a unique link each time you want to share information. This link can only be used once, and once the message is displayed or reaches its expiry time, it becomes unusable. This ensures the confidentiality and limited access to the shared content.
You can share any text-based messages with Secure Share, such as passwords, emails, secret messages, or private links.
Sending files, especially images, introduces the risk of them being copied or shared with unintended recipients. To prioritize the security of private information, Secure Share focuses on simplicity and limits sharing to text-based content.
While you can copy the secret text, it remains limited to textual information. Other file types, like images, can contain metadata or potentially revealing details about the sender or recipient. By restricting sharing to text, Secure Share ensures that no private information is inadvertently disclosed beyond the intended recipient.
No, once a secret has been displayed, it is immediately deleted. Secure Share operates on a one-time viewing principle, and the shared content cannot be retrieved afterward.
If you forget to copy the shared link, you will need to create a new secret. Unfortunately, the previously shared link cannot be retrieved.
Each generated link has an expiry time that can be set up to 7 days. Once the expiry time is reached, the link and its content are permanently deleted.
